All Groundschool classes and
flight training shall be conducted at HATL's offices at Hummingbird's
offices situated at the Old Piarco Terminal Building, Piarco. |

| Security: |
The student shall be responsible
for their own Security pass issued by the Airports Authority
of Trinidad and Tobago. |
| |

| Lesson
Schedule : |
We operate seven (7) days a
week and all training, whether Groundschool or Flying must be
booked and scheduled through our Piarco Office. Times of operations
are 6:00a.m. to 9:00p.m. We recommend flying a minimum of three
(3) times per week and not more than ten (10) times per week. |

| Employment
: |
HATL makes no guarantee of employment
to any student under any circumstances, but will try to assist
in filling any existing vacancies. |

| Tuition
Payment Policy: |
Students have (3) payment options.
Full payment up front will be dicounted by ten percent (10%).
Deposit TT curency fifty thousand dollars($50,000.00) into their
HATL account and drawndown, or pay as you go. Once the money
is used, they will be required to put more money on account.
N.B. No student is allowed to fly and charge it against an account
that has no money. |

| Insurance: |
Helicopter flying is potentially
dangerous. HATL recommends that each student obtain health
and life insurance. Make sure that insurance policy does not
exclude coverage when flying helicopters.
A student pilot or qualified
pilot flying solo who damages the helicopter will be responsible
for paying the insurance deductible which is 5% of the hull
value (TT$32,000.00). |

| Tuition
Late Charges: |
HATL reserves the right to adjust
the tutition rates at any time. HATL will give thirty (30) day
notice of any rate change. |

and Other Damages: |
Tutiton is based on hourly rates.
This allows for the difference between each student's ability
to assimilate the skills involved in learning to fly. The hourly
